Baltimore County Executive C. A. Dutch Ruppersberger and a group of volunteers from the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville Campus in front of the home of a recently disabled Vietnam veteran and his wife. This team, which included several professional contractors, completely remodeled the kitchen, built a new accessible bathroom, replaced the water heater, repaired the front porch, and installed a brand new first floor laundry room - all in just one day (well, almost;-)
