Expanded Neighborhood Service Areas

We have expanded the areas of service in our neighborhood programs. Income requirements have also changed in Northeast Baltimore City. Repairs focus on health and safety only. Homes must also be owner occupied by someone who is: senior over age 60, person with disability, and/or families with children under age 18. Household sizes include all children, relatives, and long term guests.
