RTB is hiring a Development Manager.

This is a new position in the organization. The purpose of the Development Manager position is to work closely with the Executive Director on fundraising activities for the organization, with a focus on individual and corporate donors. The Development Manager position is an opportunity to serve as a leader in a small, but growing, nonprofit organization.
