RTB is seeking licensed contractors with a wide variety of skills
that can perform critical home safety repairs and accessibility
modifications.
We pay fair market rate for the work we seek to complete for our homeowner partners. We are currently seeking contractors and tradespeople who satisfy the following criteria:

Willingness to sign a Standard Contractor’s Agreement outlining the relationship between Rebuilding Together Baltimore and partner contractors

Current MHIC license and in good-standing with any applicable State of Maryland Certifications

Proof of General Liability Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Worker’s Compensation Insurance

Current EPA Lead-Safe Firm Certification AND current RRP Certification for project supervisor(s), if applicable

W9 dated within the past 30 days
