SAFE AND HEALTHY HOUSING
We follow the Department of Housing and Urban Development's 8 Safe & Healthy Home Principles and 25 Health and Safety Priorities. We work to make sure the homes we work in are ultimately clean, dry, pest-free, safe, thermally controlled, ventilated, maintained, and contaminant-free. This ensures that the homes we work in all meet the standard for health and safety.
COMMUNITY IMPACT PROJECTS
We work with community residents to identify beautification needs in or around public spaces. These projects must be sustainable after the volunteer day. Projects can include restoring empty lots, painting, creating community gardens, and sprucing up local non-profit centers.
